    FREE IN STORE PICK UP

    If you choose "free in store pick up" at checkout, your online order will be available to pick up during business hours at The Nude Nomad at 222 Trenton St., West Monroe, LA 71291. Please allow one business day for us to process your order before it will be ready for pick up. For online orders during flash sales and promotions, it may take longer to process the order due to high volume of sales. If you need your order ready sooner, please contact us directly.

     

    SHIPPING RATES

     We offer flat rate shipping within the US of $6.99 per order. At this time, we do not offer shipping Internationally directly through our website. For International orders, please email us directly at thenudneomad@gmail.com to request shipping rates; please note: customer is responsible for any and all customs/duty and all other related charges.

     

    EMAIL CONFIRMATION / TRACKING NUMBER

    You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order, which will contain a USPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order by clicking the hyperlink in your email or by tracking your number at usps.com.

     

    DELIVERY

    We make every effort to process and ship your order as soon as possible.  All orders placed Monday through Friday will typically be packaged and shipped within two business day(s) of the order. We do not process shipping orders on Saturday, Sunday, holidays, or when we are closed, so all orders placed on these days will be treated as placed on the next business day (Mon.-Fri.). It typically takes 2-5 business days to receive your order. Please note that for online orders during flash sales and promotions, it may take longer to process the order due to high volume of sales.

    Delivery Delays

      1. If the billing information you provide (such as name, address, telephone) does not match the information your bank/credit card has on file your order may be delayed.
      2. If your “ship to” address is different than your billing address, we will call and verify to make sure you (the card holder) is/are the person placing the order. This process may delay your order.
      3. During large sales and promotional events, shipping time can be delayed up to 2 business days. Please note that orders are only shipped on business days (Monday-Friday).

    *The Nude Nomad cannot be responsible for delivery delays beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions etc…..

    Incorrect Shipping Address

    If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us via email as soon as possible at support@thenudenomad.com so that we can attempt to correct your “ship to” address prior to processing and shipping. Once your order has been processed, any additional shipping charges to reship will be billed to you. 

    Refused/Undeliverable Orders

    1. If you refuse a confirmed order or it is returned to sender, you will receive an email notifying you once we receive the shipment back.
    2. For refused orders, the higher of the flat rate shipping fee or our actual cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your store credit.
    3. Undeliverable orders due to error on your part (such as insufficient or incorrect shipping address) will require re-shipment and you will be responsible for additional shipping fees which must be paid through an online invoice prior to reshipment.  
    4. Should you decide against re-shipment, or fail to pay the additional shipping bill within 5 days, your order will be processed for store credit according to our return policy but the higher of the flat rate shipping fee or our actual cost of originally shipping to you will be deducted from your store credit.

    Lost/Stolen Packages

    The Nude Nomad is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost or damaged while in transit, you must file a claim with USPS or contact your local postal office for information on your delivery using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email.
