We hope you love your purchase; however, should you need to return eligible merchandise purchased online or via invoice, you may make your return for store credit within 7 days of delivery receipt for online orders delivered via USPS (as shown via order tracking info). We also offer free In Store Pick Up for online orders at The Nude Nomad at 222 Trenton St., West Monroe, LA 71291. For free in store pick ups or in store purchases, you may make your return for store credit within 7 days of purchase.
All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unworn, unwashed, unaltered with the original tag attached.) Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant or other stains, pet hair, perfume or smoke will be refused and returned to you and is subject to a shipping charge.
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:
- All Sale/Clearance merchandise
- All Flash Sale items
- All items purchased with sales/discounts of 20% OFF or more
- Accessories, Jewelry, Belts, Lingerie, Sunglasses, Cosmetics, Bathing Suits, Silicon Bras, Bralettes, Bodysuits, Leotards
- Gift Certificates / Cards
Shoes must be unworn, free of markings and returned in their original box and mailed back inside another box. If there is any damage to the shoe box, shipping labels, packing tape, or any other markings on the outside of the shoe box it will not be accepted. The item will be returned to the customer and is subject to a return shipping fee.
RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS
1. Verify your merchandise is eligible for return (see above limitations).
2. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery receipt by customer (as shown via order tracking info).
3. The return form that is included in your order must be completed and included inside the package with the item(s) you are returning.
4. Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
5. Once we receive your return package, please allow up to seven business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return and store credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in store credit.
6. Any untimely return or one that otherwise does not comply with our return criteria will not be eligible for store credit. You will be notified by email and have 5 days to pay for return shipping of an ineligible return. If the return shipping invoice is not paid timely, items will not be returned back to you.
Due to the high-volume of orders we receive and limited stock on merchandise, we are unfortunately not able to facilitate exchanges. We cannot guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received and processed. Therefore we suggest placing an order for the item/size you would like and sending the previous item back for store credit. Store credit is valid for one year.
Our team checks all items for damages or defects before shipping; however, if you received defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within two business days, so we can correct the issue. Please make sure to include your name, order number and a picture of the damage/defect.
- If you refuse a confirmed order or it is returned to sender, you will receive an email notifying you once we receive the shipment back.
- For refused orders, the higher of the flat rate shipping fee or our actual cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your store credit.
- Undeliverable orders due to error on your part (such as insufficient or incorrect shipping address), will require re-shipment and you will be responsible for additional shipping fees, which must be paid through an online invoice prior to reshipment.
- Should you decide against re-shipment, or fail to pay the additional shipping bill within 5 days, your order will be processed for store credit according to our return policy but the higher of the flat rate shipping fee or our actual cost of originally shipping to you will be deducted from your store credit.
We’re sorry but we are unable to offer price adjustments after purchase should an item on the site be marked down, or subject to a promotion or discount. Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing and submitting your order.
For all online returns and in store returns, we will refund your purchase price minus any shipping fee as store credit via an email gift card, which is valid for one year of date issued.
In Store Returns - For Online Purchases and Invoices Delivered via USPS
You may also make your qualifying return of online purchases in person at our brick and mortar store at 222 Trenton Street, West Monroe, LA 71291 within 7 days of delivery for store credit, which is valid for one year of the date issued.
In Store Returns - For In Store Pick Ups and In Store Purchases
For In Store Pick Ups at our brick and mortar locations and in store purchases, you may also make your qualifying return of online purchases/ in store purchases in person at our brick and mortar store within 7 days of payment for store credit, which is valid for one year of the date issued.
